CCCAP– The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) provides child care assistance to families who are working, searching for employment, or are in training, and families who are enrolled in the Colorado Works program and need child care services to support their efforts toward self-sufficiency.
Community Health Services (Habla español) – CHS accepts CHP+, Medicaid, Health Insurance, and all services are available on a sliding fee scale.

Confluence Early Childhood Education Coalition– A group of child advocates – business, education, and non-profit leaders – working to expand access to high quality early education opportunities in the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen to Parachute).
Eagle County Health and Human Services – Early Head Start, Prenatal and well child visits, Colorado Child Care Assistance Program offering financial assistance to families with children in licensed child care, child welfare, Medicaid

Garfield County Social Services – W.I.C. programs offering nutritional supplements for mothers with young children in financial need, Colorado Child Care Assistance Program offering financial assistance to families with children in licensed child care, public assistance, Child Welfare, Medicaid.

Great Expectations – In-home support for new mothers, education/awareness for new parents about healthy early childhood development.
Kids First – Childcare Resource Center – Childcare resource and referral in Aspen, consumer education, financial aid, early childhood program support, professional development funding.
Mountain Family Health Center – Accepts CHP+ (child health plan +) affordable health insurance, Medicaid, medical services on a sliding scale.
Raising a Reader – Raising A Reader Aspen to Parachute engages parents and children—newborn to five years old—in a routine of daily book sharing to foster brain development, parent-child bonding, and critical early literacy skills.
Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Council – Promotion and support of a system of quality, accessibility and affordability of early childhood services for families in the rural resort region.
Universal Preschool (UPK) Colorado program – Beginning in the 2023-2024 school year, families in Colorado can receive at least 15 hours per week of free, voluntary preschool for 4 year olds through the Universal Preschool (UPK) Colorado program.
Valley Settlement – Valley Settlement listens to Latina families, and together we create opportunities for early childhood and adult education, connection, and growth, so children and families can thrive.

Colorado Shines – The State of Colorado’s early childhood resource and referral website. Colorado Shines also handles child care program and early childhood educator credentialing.
Colorado Works (TANF) – Colorado Works is Colorado’s Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program. Through the program, participants receive help becoming self-sufficient by strengthening their family’s economic and social stability. Colorado Works operates in all 64 counties and is delivered locally through each county’s department of human or social services.
ECEAC – Early Childhood Education Association of Colorado
Early Childhood Council Leadership Alliance – ECCLA advocates for and strengthens the accessibility, quality, and equity of local services and supports through a responsive statewide system of Early Childhood Councils, to benefit Colorado’s young children, their families, and early childhood professionals.
Early Childhood Leadership Commission – Information and resources related to the healthy and thriving development of children, birth to age 8.
HUD Housing and Urban Development – The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administers Federal aid to local housing agencies (HAs) that manage the housing for low-income residents at rents they can afford. HUD furnishes technical and professional assistance in planning, developing and managing these developments.
